Project Manager Predicament This really should have been a job wrapped up weeks ago. My unannounced visit to check in tells me we have a few issues to deal with. Lazy foreman with nothing to show me but excuse after excuse is just one. He knows it is his last day now but finds a way to make it a fun one at my expense. I find myself at the mercy of the foreman. When I wake up, I am tied to his ladder but he has other intentions besides my restraint. I really do lose control of this visit. Let�s just say being bound, gagged AND be made to sign off on his performance review was not on my to do list.
